Hey, beauties it’s been really hard getting myself back to blogging and staying consistent here. I have been busy sorting out orders for my books and eating rice. After I got a compliment about my skin yesterday I decided to do a JOURNEY TO CLEAR SKIN post.

I recently just healed from one acne breakout that came from nowhere. My skin and dark scars are besties so I had that on my face too. A few weeks later the scars are faded and my skin color seems to be coming up. I owe this to the Ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution. I have never been scared of getting a product like I was for this one. This is because I’m team natural products over chemicals which is what most people are these days but a little stepping out of your zone won’t be harmful once you do a proper research. I actually have a lot to say about this product but will make it brief and maybe do a tutorial on my Instagram.  

WHAT DOES IT DO?

The peeling solution is basically a chemical exfoliant (talked about that in this post). 

HOW I USE IT

• I wash using Arami body onyx polish or Cetaphil cleanser depending on how I’m feeling

• I rinse and dry my face using a towel (ensure face is dry)

• Go on and apply about 5 drops of this on my face and spread around

• Leave it on for about 7-10min (nothing more) and dry my face

• Apply Arami essentials glow oil (try to stay away from chemicals after applying this especially toners) 

NOTE!

The peeling solution increases your skin’s sensitivity to the sun so please don’t step out without SUNSCREEN. Also, this is not your everyday skincare product so use it like once a week or two times a week. Do check out their website for more information.

In a quick review, if you’re struggling with dark spots I will recommend it but make sure you do your research before using it. A milder version of this is their Mandelic acid for sensitive skin. So if you’re tired of natural products being slow or showing little results then let some inorganic or rather chemical products meet your skin.
