HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR SUMMER HOLIDAY

Hey guys so it’s no new news that the summer holiday has started or is about to start for some people. I really needed this article, so I’m writing this for myself and for you out there.
Summer holiday is my favorite because it’s a time for maximum productivity and so much fun. I really don’t want Onyinye and people to go back to school and feel like the summer was wasted. So I put down a few points to help:

Be determined:
It all starts with a good mindset. Be determined in your mind, spirit, soul and body to make the most of your holiday. Make up your mind to do this and that and to excel in them.

Document your goals and make them visible:
Yeah yeah I know you have those goals in your head but put them down on paper. Keep it somewhere you will look at everyday. Goals are a driving force and if you see them daily it compels you to do more. Also, split your goals into daily accomplishments. Have a planner or a journal, it will help much.

Look out for opportunities: I love summer holiday because of the opportunities. There are so many workshops, jobs, programs and training schools. So keep your eyes on social media, around town or on blogs, you will see one that suits you just right.

Cut out time wasters: there is no need spending time on something that is not in line with your summer goals. Yes there are opportunities that are eye catching but if they aren’t on the goals list then nope! Remember time flies but you are the pilot, allocate your time wisely.

Take a risk: don’t keep yourself indoor and have the routine life of wake up, eat and sleep. Noo come out , do something you haven’t done before. Follow that passion vigorously. Getting this new site was risky but I went all in. I put my heart, my soul and cash into it and right now it’s one decision I’m glad I made. Leave your comfort zone and be adventurous.

Commit in into Gods hands: Prov 16:3 “commit your works to Lord and your plans will succeed. So friends, if you really want this holiday to rock commit it into God’s hands, talk to Him about it and let Him guide you.

So there you go friends. I hope this post will help you out this summer and beyond. About the pictures, no no I don’t draw but one awesome lady I met last month does. I just had to put up her work on my blog and this summer she is working on becoming a better artist. You can check her out here.

Thanks for reading this post. Please do comment more tips to help out this summer. Enjoy the weekend and till next blog post…
