HOW I EDIT MY PICTURES ON INSTAGRAM AND MY INSTASTORY

instagram

Hey you! Christmas is almost here and it is so exciting from my end and I hope it is the same thing from your own end. Oh well! So some editing tools and techniques have changed since the last “how I edit my pictures post“, that’s why I decided to do a new one. I keep getting the questions. So dear readers take it as an early Christmas gift

MY APPS ( Instagram)

So I don’t like to use so many apps at all. For editing I use Lightroom majorly I used to use VSCO but I deleted it because I wanted to task myself and do more with Lightroom. I love Lightroom because It doesn’t mess up the quality of my pictures at all. I also love the app because it enables me to create my own presets and this is good if you want to have a lovely feed so your edits can be uniform.

The next app is Facetune. This is a paid app about $2.00 but it is worth it. A free substitute is  which does the same. I use it to whiten my pictures for feed sake. Also, I use the smooth tool to edit my make up pictures and that’s it. I don’t use the other features here really. So here is a picture I edited

FOR INSTASTORY

I owe my Instastory to Unfold. The app is amazing, it is free to download but you have to pay for the template which is a one-time payment of about N350-700 for as set depending on the one you pick. The app is easy to use, you select your template and put in your pictures. I use it to create a picture like:

The other app is HUJI which I got recently and have been loving. It is a free camera with a camera of it’s own and that produces vintage pictures like:

The other apps are for editing my videos which I would have to cover in another video. So I have been asked countless times how I create the pictures I use for my quotes and I have put together and easy tutorial below which you need no app for just instagram.

I hope you found this tutorial easy and helpful. Do let me know what apps you use in the comment section.
