Hello!!! and Merry Christmas Eve to you guys. I had to suspend the style posts for the season just to publish this post which I believe is very helpful. Currently, I’m on a challenge to release a blog post daily for the next 7 days, so stay tuned for some great content here. I got inspired to do this by Ifeoma Amadi (check out her blog here) and I’m doing this with her.

To the topic of the day, which Nigeria has forced me to write because I am in that condition all thanks to fuel scarcity. An indoor Christmas is what I am having this year and I bet I’m not alone in this. So let’s read up on how I’d be spending mine with the family
-
Cook a Christmas meal: walk into that kitchen and cook something nice for the whole family to share. Everyone can prepare a meal and then have a buffet. For ideas on what to cook click here
-
Watch a movie: I’d recommend some Madea’s movie, the Christmas one especially or any family movie. To watch or download movies click here
-
Play games: For a game lover like me this will really make my Christmas. Gather the family around and play games like charades or cards. There is this really lovely game app called “Chayen”, It’s available on play store and apple store. Also, you can try a Christmas gift hunt (wrap gifts and hide them in the house)
-
Dress up and sing hymns: dress up in them Christmas sweater and hats and sing hymns (this part would make my mum so happy). You could even try “don’t forget the lyrics (Christmas hymn version)”. Just share the love and have fun.
Merry Christmas to you too 🎄
Basically all I did today tbvh …
