6 EASY TIPS ON ACHEIVING BALANCE

Hello, readers!! how are we all doing today? After a little delay, I’m finally sharing my 2 cents on balance. This is one of my most requested posts and I’m glad to share this because balance is so essential. An average man never has just one thing he is doing, there is work or works and family plus other things. Don’t worry I won’t take you through the whole what is balance talk. Let’s go straight to the point

 

#TIP 1 PRIOTIZE
Like I mentioned earlier, an average man never has just one thing he is doing so he needs to arrange them in order of relevance. You doing this will help you in allocating time and attention. Currently, I’m am a student and also a blogger but I give more time to my school because it’s top on the list. Above all things, I’m a worshipper so 24/7 I’m living for Christ and yes!! spending 8hrs in class daily is part of my worship. So know what will pay you more and give your time and attention to it
#TIP 2  GET YOURSELF A PLANNER OR A JOURNAL
This is key like so essential. It will help you keep track of your goals and also help you plan daily. I currently use the 2017 Cassie Daves blog planner and this tool is awesome. You can get any planner or journal that suits you. Also don’t be too lazy to write in there like write in it often

#TIP 3 SET GOALS AND ENSURE THEY ARE S.M.A.R.T.
Now that have a planner or you intend to get one the next thing is to set goals but also sure ensure they are S.M.A.R.T. ( Smart, Measurable, Action- oriented, Realistic and Time-based). My major issue is realistic goals because and the end I end up frustrated when I don’t reach them. So know your strength and set your goals accordingly, trust me this helps. When you set your goals be sure to list out the steps to be carried out and time yourself, friend.

#TIP 4 MAKE USE OF YOUR MORNINGS
I can literally feel people that know me and reading this killing with stares because this tip and I aren’t buddies. See I know the sleep gets better in the morning with the cold breeze but let your mind and body rise before the sun does. Get some work done before the stress of the day and people start coming with some delay or other. So get up early, do your devotion and start working. Trying typing that article in the morning, or editing some pictures or planning some things so your day can run smoothly.

#TIP 5 SAY NO
Now say after me “No”, say it slowly “No…ooo”. Yes! Now you can say NO so make use of it. My friend once said no isn’t a curse word that you shouldn’t say or have to be careful not to say it. If it doesn’t fit you say NO. If it’s not done out of love say NO. Also, If it doesn’t fit into your schedule and will cost you too much my brother or sister say NO. You can’t do everything or be there everybody, only God is omnipresent so stay on one lane
#TIP 6 DELEGATE
Eight letter word but the hardest thing to get done these days. We all want to do the work so we can get the credit so we end up working and getting no sleep. That isn’t balance what you have is a broken see-saw. We often have intelligent and willing people surrounding us but we fail to let them help. That’s why I will advise you to build a community that can assist and I’m so grateful to be part of stylvo. So sometimes let the people around you help and no it doesn’t make you a weak person but a balanced person.
